2023年5月24號(hào)，受邀參加了在DZ市迎賓館由中華全國工商業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)、GD省人民政府主辦；GD省工商業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)、DZ市人民政府、全聯(lián)新能源商會(huì)、全聯(lián)旅游業(yè)商會(huì)承辦的“首屆中拉民營經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇”，其中有墨西哥外交部美洲機(jī)制和組織司司長、墨拉共體事務(wù)國家協(xié)調(diào)員瓜達(dá)拉馬（Efrain Guadarrama）先生，并且在會(huì)上做了發(fā)言。
晚上參加了“DZ市政府歡迎晚宴暨投資推介會(huì)”，晚宴上認(rèn)識(shí)了三位廣外西班牙語研究生美女，邀請(qǐng)其中一位叫王佳聰?shù)拿琅畮兔ψ龇g，一起來到了墨西哥瓜達(dá)拉馬身邊，自我介紹以及公司在墨西哥蒙特雷開廠情況后，他說他已關(guān)注到我們公司了，問如果有啥需要他幫忙的一定告訴他，還問我何時(shí)去墨西哥，我也邀請(qǐng)他去我們墨西哥蒙特雷工廠參觀指導(dǎo)，同時(shí)也歡迎他下次來中國到我們東莞總部參觀指導(dǎo)（第二天他就要回墨西哥）……
第二天我把相關(guān)信息發(fā)給了我們墨西哥工廠的總經(jīng)理，同時(shí)匯報(bào)給總裁此事……
以為這事就過去啦……
哪知這位墨西哥政府要員在5月29號(hào)給我發(fā)了郵件，因?yàn)槭侨⑽?，?dāng)時(shí)我以為是垃圾郵件，看也沒看就把它刪除了，因?yàn)閹缀跸氩坏浆F(xiàn)在會(huì)有人給我發(fā)英文郵件……
6月8號(hào)我再次收到這位墨西哥政府要員的郵件，這次他用中文顯示，我才發(fā)現(xiàn)他在29號(hào)已給我發(fā)了郵件，于是我趕緊回復(fù)他……

We was build a factory in Monterrey， Mexico in 2021， with a plant area of 10，000 square meters， large stamping equipment， etc.， mainly for the production of auto seat structural parts， has begun formal operation in 2022， and is now operating normally .
